Terms of Use — PingTONg

1. Nature of the Service

1. PingTONg is a decentralized, skill-based arcade experience that settles matches on the TON blockchain.
2. Match stakes, rewards, and refunds are executed exclusively by the PingTONg smart contract.
3. The oracle network only validates match outcomes and never takes custody of user funds.
4. Players at all times control their TON wallets; PingTONg does not hold private keys or pooled balances.

2. Eligibility, Account Responsibility & Compliance

1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate under your local laws.
2. PingTONg cannot be used in restricted regions, including:

   Algeria, Bangladesh, China, Cuba, Crimea, Donetsk, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Kherson, Kuwait, Luhansk, Morocco, Myanmar, Nepal, North Korea, Russia, Syria, United Kingdom, United States, Zaporizhzhia

3. This list may change without notice to reflect sanctions laws and guidance (e.g., OFAC, EU, UK, UN).
4. We may apply geolocation heuristics to gate staking features in restricted regions. Solo Training remains available where legally permissible.
5. Sanctions & Export Controls: You must comply with applicable sanctions and export-control rules (including OFAC, EU, UN, and UK regimes). We may request information to verify eligibility when required by law.
6. Secure your wallet, seed phrase, and devices. Lost or compromised credentials cannot be recovered by PingTONg.
7. Comply with all applicable anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorism-financing, and sanctions laws.
8. PingTONg may request information to verify identity or location where required by law; refusal can result in denied access.

3. Smart Contracts, Access & Transparency

1. Only interact with contract addresses published in the official PingTONg interface or documentation.
2. Verify contract addresses on reputable TON explorers before sending funds.
3. Contract source code and deployment artifacts are available in public repositories for community review.
4. When using external wallets, inspect transaction payloads to confirm you are invoking the intended PingTONg method.

4. Hosting & Infrastructure (RunOnFlux)

1. The PingTONg frontend may be hosted on RunOnFlux decentralized infrastructure.
2. RunOnFlux is not responsible for PingTONg content, smart contracts, or user activities.
3. If hosting is suspended pursuant to RunOnFlux Terms, we may migrate to alternative hosting; temporary downtime may occur.

5. Prohibited Uses

1. No crypto mining or resource‑abusive workloads.
2. No illegal activity, malware, phishing, spam, or DDoS.
3. No sanctions evasion or attempts to bypass geo‑controls.
4. No unauthorized access, impersonation, or interference with the service.

6. Gameplay & Fair Play Standards

1. Both players lock the same stake plus a deposit cushion (typically 0.015–0.02 TON) that protects payouts.
2. Once a match result is recorded on-chain, it is final and automatically distributed by the smart contract.
3. Using bots, scripts, exploits, latency abuse, or collusion is strictly prohibited.
4. PingTONg may suspend accounts and withhold rewards when suspicious activity is detected pending review.

7. Fees & Financial Terms

1. Match stakes form the prize pool and are always matched 1:1 between opponents (pot = 2 × stake).
2. Protocol fee is taken on payout as feeBps (basis points) from the pot and routed on‑chain to the configured fee receiver.
3. The active feeBps and fee receiver are publicly exposed via the smart contract view get_config() and are displayed in‑app. There are no hidden off‑chain fees.
4. A small deposit cushion (≈ 0.015–0.02 TON) may be required by the contract to ensure gas safety; any surplus is automatically refunded after settlement.

8. Financial Risks, Disclaimers & Taxes

1. Playing PingTONg can result in the total loss of your stake if you lose, disconnect, or transact incorrectly.
2. Blockchain transactions may fail, be delayed, or cost more than expected because of network congestion.
3. TON token prices are volatile; PingTONg does not guarantee any value preservation.
4. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or bug-free operation.
5. You are solely responsible for tracking and reporting any taxes arising from playing or receiving rewards.

9. Security & Responsible Disclosure

1. PingTONg applies secure development practices but no smart contract is entirely risk-free.
2. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to support@pingtong.fun before any public disclosure.
3. Do not exploit or trade on vulnerabilities; coordinated disclosure keeps the ecosystem safe.
4. PingTONg may acknowledge and, where lawful, reward responsible disclosures at its discretion.

10. Data & Privacy

1. PingTONg never requests private keys or custodial access.
2. Limited telemetry (wallet address, match IDs, gameplay metrics) may be collected to operate and audit the service.
3. No off-chain banking or personal financial data is stored; on-chain transactions remain publicly visible.
4. Data may be retained to comply with legal obligations and to investigate abuse.

11. Third-Party Services & Integrations

1. PingTONg relies on external providers such as Telegram, TonConnect wallets, oracles, and TON infrastructure.
2. Each third-party service is governed by its own terms. Service changes or outages may affect PingTONg availability.
3. External links supplied by PingTONg lead to resources outside our control; proceed at your own risk.

12. Suspensions & Termination

1. PingTONg can suspend or terminate access where Terms are breached or where law enforcement or regulators require it.
2. Suspended users may temporarily lose access to matches or pending payouts while investigations occur.
3. PingTONg may retain evidence to demonstrate compliance with legal or risk-management duties.

13. Support & Dispute Resolution

1. Contact support@pingtong.fun or the official community channels for support or feedback.
2. Include match IDs, transaction hashes, and relevant details so the team can investigate efficiently.
3. PingTONg strives to respond promptly but does not guarantee specific service-level timelines.
4. Dispute outcomes rely on verifiable on-chain data and the smart contract state.

14. Intellectual Property

1. PingTONg trademarks, logos, art, and UX assets are proprietary to the PingTONg team.
2. You may not copy or commercialize PingTONg assets without written permission unless expressly open-sourced.
3. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses, which you agree to follow.

15. Updates & Changes

1. PingTONg may amend these Terms or the game mechanics as the product evolves.
2. Updated Terms are published with a new version number and effective date.
3. Continuing to play after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Entire Agreement

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with its competent courts.
2. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect.
3. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of rights. These Terms supersede previous agreements.
